Rutland County Council has two Civic Amenity (CA) Sites, also known as waste
tips, at the following locations:

• Cottesmore Civic Amenity Site, Burley Road, Cottesmore, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 7BN

• North Luffenham Civic Amenity Site, Willoughby Road, Morcott, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 9DW

Both sites are open every day of the year except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day
and New Years Day.

Opening times are 8.00am to 8.00pm (April – September) and
8.00am to 6.00pm (October to March).


Permit Scheme
If you want to use the site, then you must obtain a free permit from Rutland County Council. You will need to prove that you live in Rutland.

The permit scheme ensures the waste being taken to Rutland's CA sites is from its own residents.
