Every household in Rutland has a kerbside collection of rubbish, recycling and garden waste.

The standard service uses three wheelie bins; One is for recycling (grey bin), one for garden waste (green bin), and one for rubbish (black bin).

Rutland County Council collects rubbish one week, and then recycling and garden waste the next.

Please remember the garden waste bin wil only be collected once a month between December and February.

Items that you can recycle in your grey bin are paper (not shredded), cardboard, cans, plastic bottles, glass, aerosols and foil (sheet foil and containers).
