Green Bin Collection Changes

Due to the disruption of the recycling and waste services collections caused by the bad weather, green bin (garden waste) collections for the week commencing Monday 18th January - Saturday 23rd January will not be carried out.

The collection for garden waste will now take place on the week commencing Monday 1st February on the normal collection day with recycling. This only affects those households who use the orange collection date calendar. No side waste for garden waste will be accepted.

The reason for this is to divert resources into ensuring completion of all the collections of refuse and recycling that were missed due to the adverse weather and road conditions.
